There are emotions we have felt but never named. There are colors that exist beyond the reach of our eyes. There are beings that exist beyond the limits of human identity
SPECTRUM is a speculative and generative design project that expands the limits of known emotions, colors, and identity is exploration of the in-between, the undefined, the yet-to-exist. It invites us to expand our perception and step beyond what is known.

Spectrum takes the form of an atlas, a carefully crafted guide that maps
out uncharted territories of emotion, color, and identity. It is not a traditional collection of facts,
but a visual and conceptual exploration, offering readers a journey through unexplored
dimensions of human experience.

Feelings that exist within us but remain undefined, slipping through the cracks of language.
These emotions go beyond happiness, sadness, or anger, capturing the complexity of human experience sensations like longing for a future that hasn’t happened or the comfort of being misunderstood in just the right way. By naming these emotions, Spectrum gives shape to what we have always felt but never been able to describe.

Colors are imagined to change based on emotions. These colors don’t stay the same they shift in response to how we feel. For example, they might turn darker when we feel sad or brighter when we’re happy.
Using AI, these colors are generated to reflect our emotional states in real-time, creating a unique experience every time we see them. Instead of being fixed, these colors are fluid and alive, constantly changing to match our moods.

The exploration of identity is deeply intertwined with the use of AI,
which plays a pivotal role in the creation of beings that exist beyond traditional human concepts of self. By harnessing the generative power of AI, Spectrum goes beyond fixed identities, crafting fluid, ever-evolving entities that challenge the constraints of human classification.
