The Associazione Progetto Arcobaleno is a lifeline for migrants facing homelessness, unemployment,
addiction, or exploitation. Driven by the values of solidarity, connection, and community,
the organization works to restore dignity and opportunity to those in need.
Yet, migrants face a critical challenge: securing employment.
Language barriers, unrecognized skills, and limited networks leave many trapped in underemployment,
preventing them from realizing their potential.
To inspire change and really support, we create Togetherness a bold initiative to amplify migrant voices and showcase their resilience. At its heart is a collaborative mural, created by migrants and locals, bearing a single word that embodies connection. Billboards and invitations to the event will feature a scannable code linked to a migrant's CV, offering direct visibility to potential employers. Togetherness is more than a project; it’s a call to action to recognize talent, foster inclusion, and build a community where everyone can thrive.
